Paid registration includes access to all conference activities within the official venue, such as scientific sessions and exhibitions. It also covers participation in a one-day official field trip (information coming soon), the pre-conference courses and workshops, and conference materials (participant kit). If your abstract is accepted as a poster or oral presentation, the registration fee also covers your presentation slot and the inclusion of your abstract in the official Book of Abstracts. Daily meals include coffee breaks and lunch provided at the venue during the main conference (March 24-27, 2026), as well as a standard lunch during the field trip. The registration fee includes VAT but excludes any additional charges applied by banks or payment providers. Post-conference excursions are not included in the registration fee and can be arranged directly with the local partner companies collaborating with the conference, which will offer various options at preferential rates for registered participants.

Residents of the Aysén Region who register are exempt from the conference fee for activities held within the official venue during the main conference dates (March 24-27, 2026). This exemption grants full access exclusively to the scientific sessions and open exhibitions (institutional stands, academic publishers, local products, and outreach initiatives) taking place at the venue, as well as the opportunity to present a symposium and/or abstract. It does not include meals, conference materials, field trips, or other activities that require separate payment due to their logistical or operational costs.
